OMG I love these! These are called sarmale, they are a Romanian traditional plate, usually cooked for Christmas. I had it during my exchange year in Transilvania.

I've tried it and it works wonders. It depends on your puppy's age but I'd recommend stuffing it with kibble or peanut butter. Replace one meal with this and make your puppy work for his food..
