A friend said this Starbucks snowman cookie has 500 calories.

Starbucks calls this the "Frosted Snowman Cookie." At
http://www.starbucks.com/menu/food/bakery/frosted-snowman-cookie they say it has "Calories 400" with "Calories from Fat 200." Carbohydrates are at 46 grams, sugars at 25 g; much more than a can of coke.
