They are delicious actually! - Chapulines. What you're looking at is a traditional tortilla with guacamole and roasted Chapulines (grasshoppers). You can have these in Mexico, originally from the area of Oaxaca. They're crunchy and highly nutritious actually

It looks interesting, maybe it helps with avoiding napkins to get stuck together when you draw them out? Still can't figure out who came up with it or how it could work.

Scary but interesting definitely. It looks like the costume is a polar bear so I guess it's a winter tradition too.

I really had to know whether this was true or not. . Apparently it is a cave in New Zeeland with glowworms, never seen it and I'm definitely planning it for a trip in the future. Sounds like once in a lifetime experience. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g616349-d1837457-Reviews-Waitomo_Glowworm_Caves-Waitomo_Caves_Waikato_Region_North_Island.html

It's called the Bear Dance or simply the Bear. This is a Romanian tradition, apparently actually started by gypsies: http://www.dianazeynebalhindawi.com/bear-dance-romania/
